01Accounts and access

KaySetu is sold to businesses. An organisation's administrator creates accounts for its own staff; you may only use the account issued to you and must keep your password and organisation code confidential.

You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. Tell your administrator or us straight away if you suspect it has been misused.

02Subscriptions and payment

Access to paid packages and modules is governed by your organisation's subscription or order agreement with Kayease, including its price, seats and billing period. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails. Fees are charged in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. Unpaid subscriptions may be restricted after the notice described in your agreement.

03Acceptable use

You agree to use KaySetu for lawful business purposes only. In particular you must not:

• enter false or misleading records, including attendance, visits, orders or expense claims;
• use simulated ("mock") GPS or otherwise falsify your location, or tamper with the app to avoid tracking during a shift;
• access another person's account or another organisation's data;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or probe the security of the service;
• upload unlawful content or content you have no right to share.

We may suspend access that breaches these rules, and your employer may take action under its own policies.

04Location and device permissions

The mobile app needs location (including "Allow all the time" during a shift), camera, microphone, physical-activity and notification permissions for attendance, visits and travel allowance to work. How that data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. If you withdraw a permission, the related features may stop working.

05Your data

Business data your organisation enters belongs to your organisation. Kayease processes it only to provide and support the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy. Your organisation can export its data while its subscription is active.

06Availability and changes

We work to keep KaySetu available and secure, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve, change or retire features; where a change materially reduces what your organisation has paid for, we will give reasonable notice.

07Intellectual property

KaySetu, Kayease, the logo, the software and all site content are owned by Kayease. Your subscription gives your organisation a licence to use the service; it does not transfer ownership. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without written permission.

08Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kayease is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees your organisation paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

09Termination

Your access ends when your organisation deactivates your account or its subscription ends. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms. Sections on intellectual property and limitation of liability survive termination.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
